JOB DETAILS :

Position: IT Service Desk Technician

JOB #:

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Pay Rate: $27.00 (W2) per hour

This role is 100% ONSITE (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

HOURS:

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Printer Administration and Troubleshooting:
  • Server Print Queue, and local Queues
Active Directory Management:
  • Able to navigate Different OUs
  • Able to look up attributes
  • Able to reset password and unlock accounts
iOS Management, Support, and Deployments:
  • Setting up new phones/iPads
  • Resetting iTunes accounts
  • MS Teams
  • Cisco Presence video solutions
Network Troubleshooting:
  • Internal vs external
  • VPN
  • LTE
  • Wi-Fi
Application Troubleshooting:
  • Compatibility settings
Remote Support:
  • MSRA
  • RDP
  • MS Teams
Service Now:
  • Ticket management and Assignment
REQUIRED SKILLS/

EXPERIENCE:
  • Hands-on experience with hardware deployment, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with printer administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience providing Active Directory user administration
  • Experience setting up/resetting iOS devices (iPhone/iPad)
  • Experienced with Video Conferencing tools, such as Cisco Web Ex, MS Teams and Cisco Presence video solutions
  • Experience with network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE)
  • Experience with remote support tools (RDP, MSRA, Teams, Web Ex)
  • Experience working with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-user applications and access issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
DESIRED

  • Worked in a IT Call Center
  • Handle call volume of up to 30 calls per day.
