Job Summary

Duration: 4 Months (July-October) - rolling contract

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and proactive Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Flexibility, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of end-user devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Provides hands-on support for Epic and other healthcare applications in clinical environments.
  • Performs device imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware/software upgrades.
  • Partners with IT teams, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure smooth technology transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Documents technical issues, resolutions, and support processes while traveling to client sites as needed for integration and go-live support.
Qualifications
  • Experience providing end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise software applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity supporting Epic and other clinical applications within healthcare environments.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems, device imaging, deployment, and standard enterprise IT tools.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities when supporting both technical and non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to resolve issues and support technology initiatives.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to healthcare facilities to provide on-site support during implementations, upgrades, and go-live events.
