PTP Stakeholder Support Lead

We’re seeking a senior PTP leader to lead and stabilize the stakeholder support function within a global Procure-to-Pay organization during an Oracle Fusion ERP migration. This role focuses on AP/PTP inquiry management, root‑cause analysis, and service delivery optimization, ensuring fast, accurate resolution of invoice, payment, and vendor‑related issues while improving overall process performance.

Location:

Nashville, TN (On‑site)

Pay: $75‑80 per hour on W2 (no C2C)

• Lead the PTP support/help desk function (invoice, payment, vendor inquiries)
• Drive root cause analysis and resolve recurring process issues
• Improve service delivery, SLAs, and stakeholder experience
• Support Oracle Fusion migration (go‑live, hyper‑care, stabilization)
• Analyze inquiry trends and implement process improvements and automation

• 10+ years in AP/PTP operations, including leadership (Director/VP level)
• Deep knowledge of the end‑to‑end PTP lifecycle (invoicing, payments, vendors)
• Experience leading support/help desk or inquiry management teams
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AP modules
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now)
• Proven ability to manage global teams and stakeholders

• ERP migration or transformation experience
• AI/automation in support (chatbots, triage, knowledge tools)
• Shared services / GBS environment
• Media or large enterprise background
