Role

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead and support agile teams delivering digital product, data, and AI solutions. In this role, you will champion agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure effective collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will remove impediments, drive team accountability, and help scale agile maturity across the organization.

Primary Functions of the Scrum Master
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to drive alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of high‑quality increments.
  • Serve as an agile coach and trusted advisor to teams and stakeholders by embedding agile principles, fostering self‑organization, and promoting continuous learning.
  • Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring work is clearly defined, value‑driven, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics including velocity and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow‑ups.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
  • Support the adoption and scaling of agile practices across multiple teams and programs, contributing to organizational agile maturity and consistency.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
How You Qualify
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in agile delivery roles, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience supporting engineering, data, or product teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks.
  • Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or complex programs.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or value‑based care environments preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $ – $. Eligible roles also qualify for short‑term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
