Job Summary:
The Analyst manages regional office IT infrastructure & applications by deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting local network systems, hardware, and corporate software applications.
Responsibilities- This role serves as the primary technical escalation point to rapidly resolve outages, minimize business disruption, and enforce strict cybersecurity and regulatory compliance policies at the endpoint level.
- Supports scanners & technology interfaces, and is involved in requirements, QA, and implementations.
- Works in the lab environment to assist newer implementations and triage any issues or incidents.
