Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (7.5 hours per day)

Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time

Estimated Duration: 13 months

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Deployment Team. As a member of this team, you will deliver, install, configure, and support laptops across various client locations, ensuring efficient deployment while maintaining high customer service.

• Deliver, install, and configure computers.
• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities.
• Communicate effectively with end users and team members.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas.
• Travel to different client sites within Tennessee (travel expenses reimbursed by state guidelines).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or similar role (minimum 5 years).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and carry equipment up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to travel between multiple work locations across Tennessee.

• Technical certifications.
