Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Project Manager to lead our client's Net Suite implementation from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization. This role involves owning the project plan, managing scope and technical work streams, and coordinating with Oracle Net Suite Professional Services, integration partners, and internal process owners to ensure a seamless transition to Net Suite.

Responsibilities

+ Own the integrated project plan as the single source of truth, including milestones, critical path, dependencies, and weekly status reporting.

+ Manage scope and change control against the Statement of Work, including change-order discipline with Oracle Net Suite.

+ Coordinate Oracle Net Suite Professional Services, integration partners, internal process owners, and data migration leads across all work streams.

+ Lead the integration workstream across NSIP and connectors, including design review, build coordination, field mapping, and end-to-end testing.

+ Drive the extraction, aggregation, and cleansing of data from multiple legacy systems, governing sample and full-load gates, validation, and data-owner sign-off.

+ Manage delivery of Net Suite customizations from requirements through acceptance and regression testing.

+ Coordinate and sequence the Net Suite Warehouse Management (WMS) rollout across two warehouses.

+ Lead User Acceptance Testing, including test-case readiness, defect triage and severity, retesting, and a go/no-go recommendation.

+ Own the cutover runbook and go-live readiness checklist and orchestrate production cutover.

+ Transition the system to an internal support model before Oracle's post-go-live support period ends and establish the ongoing change-control and release cadence.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years' experience implementing Net Suite ERP, including at least one full-cycle Net Suite implementation through go-live.

+ Demonstrated ownership of a project plan, scope, and change control, and a risk/issue log on a delivered go-live.

+ Strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to hold teams and vendors accountable.

+ Experience managing a technical workstream including data migration, integrations, or customizations.

+ Experience coordinating an implementation partner alongside internal cross-functional teams.

+ Working knowledge of core Net Suite processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financials, inventory, projects, and resource management.

+ User Acceptance Testing and cutover experience, including running a go/no-go decision on evidence.

+ Proficiency in project/work-management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).

+ Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.

+ Detail-oriented with disciplined follow-through; organized and effective under deadline pressure.

+ Collaborative in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment, with the ability to work well independently.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Net Suite One World / multi-subsidiary implementation experience preferred.

+ NSIP, connector, or middleware integration delivery experience a plus.

+ Experience in promotional products, apparel decoration, screen printing/embroidery, or high-SKU eCommerce fulfillment desirable, but not required.

+ Suite Script literacy and PMP or Net Suite certification(s) a plus.

Work Environment

The role requires working in the office at least 3 days a week, from Monday to Friday. This environment is dynamic, collaborative, and geared towards creating innovative solutions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
