Head IT Infrastructure Services
The Head of IT Infrastructure Services is responsible for the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure services across data centers, cloud platforms, networks, and end-user environments. This role leads infrastructure modernization, ensures reliable operations, and drives service excellence across managed infrastructure environments. The leader works closely with business, security, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms that support business growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
- Lead initiatives for hybrid cloud adoption, infrastructure automation, and platform modernization.
- Establish technology roadmaps for compute, storage, network, and workplace infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of enterprise infrastructure services.
- Govern operational processes including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
- Drive improvements in service reliability, operational efficiency, and infrastructure stability.
- Oversee hybrid infrastructure environments across on-prem data centers and public cloud platforms.
- Enable scalable and cost-efficient infrastructure through cloud adoption and infrastructure standardization.
- Establish operational governance including service reviews, performance dashboards, and SLA reporting.
- Implement continuous service improvement programs across infrastructure services.
- Ensure infrastructure environments comply with security policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement secure infrastructure architectures and patch management programs.
- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors and infrastructure service providers.
- Drive cost optimization, infrastructure capacity planning, and investment prioritization.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, and platform management.
- Foster a culture of automation, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.

- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations leadership.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or managed infrastructure services.
- Strong exposure to hybrid cloud, infrastructure transformation, and service governance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
