Job Overview
Provides quality support to users by responding to end‑user inquiries and resolving problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications.
- Identify the source of problems and collaborate with internal telecommunications, system operations, application development teams, and vendors to resolve them.
- Follow up with users to confirm problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all support activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in telecommunications or applications programming, or related technical role.
- Proficient computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office.
- General knowledge of telecommunications equipment, systems, and vendor capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred:
Gateway/Cen Pos experience and call‑center experience. - Knowledge of software, hardware, IT, help‑desk, and network troubleshooting.
Home‑based remote in the United States. Preference for applicants in Denver, CO;
Knoxville, TN;
Charlotte, NC;
Minneapolis, MN;
St.Louis, MO.
Training: 5–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–7:30
PMEST (training schedule may vary).
Post‑training schedule:
Sunday–Thursday 12:30PM–9:00
PMEST and Tuesday–Saturday 12:00PM–8:30
PMEST.
Set starting pay:$25per hour.
Pay range: $20.00–$24.38per hour.
