Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] – Nashville, TN (CONUS)
Overview
Pro Sidian is seeking a Digital Training Facility Manager (DTFM) to support a training directorate of the U.S. Government that delivers training and readiness for active and reserve military personnel. The role involves planning, facilitating, managing, recording, and assessing training across Digital Training Facilities (DTFs) located on Army installations and reserve sites worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Oversee student scheduling, supervision, and training activities.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and interact with Enterprise Management System (EMS) technicians.
- Follow EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, servers, and verify operation of hardware/software.
- Maintain facility security, operating equipment, and assist students in using available assets.
- Monitor and report the condition and inventory of IT hardware, furniture, and other equipment.
- Partner with other entities to create secure lab environments.
- Operate on-site equipment and conduct hands‑on troubleshooting.
- Provide metrics and reports to management, section leadership, and stakeholders.
- Provide server and application support and maintain customer service standards.
- Report operational status of DTF(s) to the chain of command and Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL‑POC).
- Schedule DTF usage for Soldiers, trainers, and the DL‑POC.
- Schedule training sessions in DTFs in coordination with Soldiers and the DL‑POC.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in IT support or managerial roles.
- Strong analytical skills to assess trainee needs and produce actionable recommendations.
- Effective oral and written communication skills for coordination, scheduling, and reporting.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe).
- Eligible for U.S. Government security clearance (up to Top Secret or "Q" clearance).

- Strong computer hardware and software management skills (Windows, server, printing).
