- Develop and implement operational capabilities to support new business needs.
- Design and optimize operational processes to reduce costs through performance efficiencies.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability.
- Develop field tools and dashboards to support execution and track key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on shared projects across WWR&R teams.
- Create dashboards and tracking success metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Chain and Operations Management, Program or Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
experience in Excel (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, and data cleansing, array formulas); strategy development, execution, and stakeholder management; and analyzing data and drive improvements. Up to 25% domestic and international travel may be required.
