This role will support the Master Data Management & Data Governance team, part of the overall Data & AI Solutions team at Cat Financial. It includes global data management, Customer 360 data pipeline, resolution of misaligned data across platforms, data quality support across global line units, and engagement in strategic projects such as standardizing contact roles, customer hierarchies, and supporting new data domains as they are released.

• Analyze requirements based on conformed models to develop and maintain implementable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy across large, diverse data sets.
• Research, design, and document data specifications for all points in the data life cycle.
• Understand data structures and the software used to manage data.
• Apply SQL queries, Snowflake data platforms, Cortex Code, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar ERP and CRM systems.

• Value Realization – knowledge of value realization methods; ability to plan, execute, monitor, and manage business activities to determine and achieve actual value from an initiative.
• Communicating Complex Concepts – ability to present clear summaries and simplify complex technical concepts for the audience.
• Agile Development – knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to apply formal agile practices.
• Database Design – knowledge of database systems and the ability to improve data models for efficient business outcomes.
• Information Management – knowledge of an organization’s Information Architecture and Information Management methodology; ability to collect, manage, and distribute information to enhance operational efficiency.

• Coursework or work experience in reporting or analytics for business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data tools, queries, and datasets used to deliver accurate, timely insights.
• Ability to manage recurring deliverables while supporting ad‑hoc requests and shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, quality, and documentation.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and a curious learner.
• Desired: coursework or work experience with PowerBI or other visualization tools (Tableau, Snowflake Streamlit or React, web visuals).
• Desired: coursework or work experience with customer data management systems – core databases like Oracle or SAP, or customer relationship management systems like Salesforce.

This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.

Summary Pay Range: $74,124.00 - $
