Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Administrator to serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for our Net Suite environment. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for maintaining, configuring, optimizing, and enhancing Net Suite to meet the evolving needs of the Finance organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep Net Suite expertise, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to independently design and implement system improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, & optimize the Net Suite ERP platform
- Partner closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Net Suite solutions
- Configure and customize Net Suite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and roles/permissions
- Design, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve Finance processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable Net Suite configurations and best practices
- Create and maintain custom fields, records, scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes
- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Manage user access, security roles, and system governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve Net Suite issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes and enhancements
- Work with third-party vendors and consultants when required
- Maintain data integrity and support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements
- Stay current on Net Suite releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Net Suite ERP configuration and administration
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Net Suite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), including revenue arrangements, revenue recognition rules, and reporting required
- Working knowledge of Suite Script development, including the ability to create and modify scripts, workflows, and customizations
- Experience with third-party integrations and iPaaS platforms, especially Workato
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Net Suite-Salesforce integrations
- Experience with Salesforce billing and integrating SF Billing into Net Suite, Tableau/Snowflake reporting a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to modify and enhance Net Suite to meet Finance and Accounting business requirements
- Strong experience with:
Suite Flow, Saved Searches, Financial Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs, Roles and Permissions, Suite Analytics, CSV Imports and Data Management - Experience supporting core Finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and independently deliver solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Net Suite Administrator Certification
- Experience with Suite Script and Net Suite integrations
- Experience supporting publicly traded or high-growth organizations
- Background in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, or procurement systems integrations
- Acts as the go-to Net Suite expert for the Finance organization
- Independently identifies opportunities for system improvements and automation
- Balances technical expertise with strong business process understanding
- Delivers high-quality solutions that improve Finance team productivity and reporting capabilities
- Collaborates effectively with system administrators for other Uniguest platforms
