Our Skill Bridge Fellowships give you the chance to kick-start your civilian career and work with our cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Join our team as an ERP Functional Consultant.

• Build product knowledge and business acumen
• Learn what it means to be a successful implementation consultant
• Train with skilled program leads
• Learn first-hand how Net Suite impacts our customers’ businesses
• Use your military experience while gaining high-demand cloud technology skills

• Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, or accounting.
• Must be in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX or Nashville, TN upon conversion to full-time employment.
• Must be Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) approved for the upcoming Cohort – September – November 2026.

• Participate in a 11‑week Skill Bridge Fellowship, Monday through Thursday for 32 hours per week.
• Work with an assigned Oracle team in a hybrid, virtual, or on‑site capacity, as directed by hiring leadership.
• Complete all required training and project activities to demonstrate readiness for a full‑time role.
• Maintain active duty status, receive command approval, and meet the role requirements outlined above.
