Role Overview
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Data Center Services team. This role is in Nashville, TN – ONSITE. This is a hands‑on, onsite data center technician role focused on physical infrastructure operations, supporting a 24x7 mission‑critical environment.
What You Will Do- Execute hands‑on installation, break/fix, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, and network devices)
- Perform structured cabling, cabinet buildouts, and assist with space planning
- Support 24x7 Data Center operations through incident response, troubleshooting, and shift coverage
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking an individual with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field or with 5‑7 years of field experience working in large scale data centers, experience with ticketing systems and data center infrastructure management tools, and strong troubleshooting and incident response skills in a production environment.
