Job TitleAssociate Business Systems Analyst
Job Profile SummaryThe Analyst maintains and supports department programs, pulls reports, analyzes data, and ensures data integrity between systems. The Analyst assists in training department employees, supports database information and system interface integrations, responds to user questions, resolves system issues, and conducts quality control audits. The Analyst analyzes data trends, resolves inconsistencies, and provides solutions to enhance departmental processes for Craft’s partners and employees.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Understand the interface of database management programs, accessibility, and processes that support students and employees.
- Troubleshoot system interface issues for current data programs and processes.
- Serve as an experienced resource in database management, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Use data analysis, database navigation, data interpretation, and MS Office suite programs.
- Perform quality control audits for data integrity, system process administration and provide solutions to enhance user navigation of programs and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional team members and other internal stakeholders.
- Support system interface between key department programs and software.
- Support efforts with department leadership to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction scores.
- Update and document technical procedures and processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Solid understanding of when to apply configuration and when to apply custom code.
- Up to date knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, database management and Excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of workflow automation platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business/Business Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Operations Research, Optimization Research, Business Administration, Business Technology.
- 2‑3 years of experience working with database systems and programs.
- ITIL certifications (v3 or later).
- A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
- Data Analytics Certification or applicable certification.
- CRM (Customer Relations Management) Certification or Administrator experience.
- Experience constructing and running basic SQL queries.
- Experience troubleshooting existing Power BI reports.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Minimal travel requirements.
- Occasional travel up to 20% including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year) and other business‑related events.
