PC Deployment Technician

We're placing one PC Deployment Technician to support a high-visibility, large-scale device refresh project for one of our clients. This isn't a sit-and-wait help desk role - you'll be hands-on from day one, working directly with end users at every level of the organization to make sure their transition to new Windows devices goes smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Imaging, configuring, and deploying new Windows devices to end users across the organization
Helping employees transfer their data, accounts, and settings to their new systems
Supporting One Drive sign-in, syncing, and file transfer verification
Using the Intune Company Portal to install, validate, and troubleshoot software deployments
Remotely accessing pre-imaged devices and coordinating deployment schedules directly with users
Collaborating closely with an experienced IT team to keep things accurate, secure, and on track
Documenting your work clearly and following structured deployment processes

What You Bring

Hands-on experience with One Drive, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud migration tools
Familiarity with Intune Company Portal and Windows device configuration
Comfort working directly with users - including managers and directors - with professionalism and patience
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Experience with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and ticketing systems is a plus
Spreadsheet proficiency (Excel) helpful but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
