Senior Business Analyst
Mandatory
Skills:
10 to 12 years experience as Sr. Business Analyst, Healthcare Domain Business Analyst, Requirement Gathering, System Analysis, Data Analysis & Visualization, Documentation (BRD/FRD), Proficient in SQL queries, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), Must Have
Experience:
- Senior Business Analyst from a Healthcare Domain with Provider Domain experience.
- Not looking for Business Analyst from Pharma or Life science environment
- Must have SQL experience in writing SQL Queries (Bring data from Database and write Queries)
- Data Visualization Experience with either Tableau or Power BI must have experience with one or the other
Job Description:
- Works directly under the guidance of the product manager and ensures that the data product increments are communicated effectively to the development workgroup and delivery is aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Creation and elaboration of user stories which include acceptance criteria & definition of done
- Drive the relative estimation process based on resources, assumptions, and risks
- Align, prioritize, & refine the product backlog (features and requirements) with product vision and goals as defined by Product Director and Product Manager
- Manage the successful implementation of Product Increments through prioritization of sprint backlogs, ensuring development workgroup completion, and informing the release plan in collaboration with development, QA and release management teams
- Analyze healthcare data from source systems to understand structure, relationships, and transformations.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, including data mapping and transformation rules
- Implement plans to mitigate risks caused by roadblocks and dependencies
- Promote data product culture established by Data Product Director and Data Product Manager across Delivery team
- Provide data product subject matter expertise to development/Implementation team
- Possess excellent knowledge in data processing lifecycle, techniques and methodologies
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
