Job Title:
Manager, Oracle Fusion Analytics Finance (OTC & PTP)

Location: NYC, NY/Nashville, TN
Duration: 06 Months

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Oracle Fusion Analytics to lead the design, delivery, and governance of analytics and reporting across our core Finance functions, with a primary focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP). This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, translating business needs into trusted, decision-ready insights built on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics ecosystem (Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BI Publisher).

The successful candidate will own the analytics roadmap for OTC and PTP, lead a team of analysts and report developers, and partner closely with process owners to drive working-capital, controllership, and operational performance. This is a temporary role, based in Nashville, TN or New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics Strategy & Delivery
  • Own and execute the analytics and reporting roadmap for the OTC and PTP process areas within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Translate Finance business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service reporting using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Define and maintain a single source of truth for OTC and PTP metrics, ensuring consistency across operational and management reporting.
  • Establish data governance, semantic definitions, and KPI standards in partnership with Finance and IT.
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC) Focus
  • Deliver analytics across the full OTC lifecycle: credit, billing/invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions/disputes, and revenue.
  • Define the metrics, develop the underlying calculations, and configure the reporting in Oracle Fusion for DSO, aging, collection effectiveness (CEI), disputes, write-offs, and billing accuracy to drive working-capital improvement.
  • Partner with AR, Credit, and Collections leaders to surface actionable insights and support cash-flow forecasting.
  • Deliver analytics across the full PTP lifecycle: requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
  • Define the metrics, develop the underlying calculations, and configure the reporting in Oracle Fusion for DPO, invoice cycle time, touchless/automation rates, on-time payment, early-payment discounts captured, and duplicate-payment risk.
  • Partner with AP, Procurement, and Sourcing leaders to improve spend visibility, supplier performance, and payment optimization.
  • Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Focus
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and report developers; set priorities and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the analytics liaison between Finance process owners, IT/ERP teams, and data engineering.
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and manage a backlog of reporting and analytics requests with clear prioritization.
  • Promote data literacy and self-service adoption across Finance, reducing reliance on manual and ad hoc reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, or ERP reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics tools:
Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong functional understanding of OTC and PTP processes and their underlying Oracle Fusion data (AR, AP, Procurement, GL subledgers).
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with dashboards and data visualization best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate Finance requirements into analytics solutions and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., OCI, Snowflake, Azure) and ETL/integration tools.
  • Knowledge of working-capital optimization and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Analytics / Cloud ERP).
  • Experience supporting month-end close, controllership, or FP&A reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Key Competencies

  • Analytical and data-driven decision making
  • Finance domain expertise (OTC and PTP)
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Team leadership and talent development
  • Attention to detail and data quality focus
