We are looking for a Customer & IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT staff to

* * and resolve complex issues - Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up accounts and devices
- Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base articles
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have experience in customer service and IT support roles
- Possess strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical users
- Are familiar with common operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts
- Are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well independently and as part of a team
