Customer & IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer & IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with other IT staff to

  * * and resolve complex issues
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up accounts and devices
• Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base articles

• Have experience in customer service and IT support roles
• Possess strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical users
• Are familiar with common operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts

• Work well independently and as part of a team
