HCA ITG Product Analysts I are detail-oriented professionals who leverage problem-solving skills and collaboration to

deliver exceptional support for Expanse EHR systems. Product Analysts I provide first-level assistance for clinical,

technical, and operational workflows, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining system integrity. They

partner with stakeholders across ITG and clinical operations to understand user needs, troubleshoot problems, and

document solutions according to established standards.

Responsibilities
  • Basic EHR Concepts
    - Understanding of electronic health record systems and their role in clinical workflows.
  • Healthcare Terminology
    - Familiarity with common clinical and operational terms used in hospitals and clinics.
  • IT Fundamentals
    - Basic knowledge of networking, system access, and troubleshooting principles.
  • Take ownership of support initiatives and work closely with Team Lead and/or Manager with all support project planning activities
  • Expanse Application Basics
    - Introductory understanding of Expanse modules and navigation
  • Knowledge of testing best practices and skill in EHR implementation and support
  • Ability to create project plans, understand dependencies, and drive towards identified milestones
  • Monitor and triage incoming Incident tickets pertaining to EHR interface with applications
  • Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement."
Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a EHR Support Setting
  • Healthcare experience (preferred)
