Role Definition
Enables smarter, faster financial decisions by transforming data into insight through modern business intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled innovation.
Responsibilities- Data acquisition, processing, modeling, and analysis at scale.
- Designing high-quality data models that enable advanced analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and AI-driven insights.
- Exploring, advancing, and implementing semantic data capabilities to improve data accessibility, consistency, and insight generation across finance.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and deliver data solutions, translating insights into clear narratives and recommendations for finance leadership.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail:
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. - Extensive experience shaping and advancing AI-enabled analytics and data quality best practices.
- Handling large, complex datasets with exceptional accuracy.
- Balancing delivery speed with disciplined, human-verified data precision.
- Designing and applying rigorous data validation controls.
- Applying advanced quality assurance standards across analytics solutions.
- Promoting a strong culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms to write and modify at least four of the following: SQL, Type Script, Python, Power M, and DAX.
- Working knowledge:
Writes and tests basic logic to retrieve, transform, and calculate data reliably; debugs common syntax and logic errors; builds reusable components (queries, functions, measures); understands evaluation context and applies calculations that respond correctly to filters; documents intent and validates results before sharing, publishing or automating outputs.
- Knowledge of data management systems such as Snowflake; ability to use and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use.
- Working knowledge:
Defines, creates, and tests simple queries, using command language and AI assistance; uses appropriate tools to access governed data warehouse sources securely and consistently; obtains and analyzes query access path information and query results; employs tested query statements to retrieve, insert, update and delete information; applies advanced query features (sorting, filtering, calculations) and leverages AI support to validate outputs.
- Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Working knowledge:
Follows policies, practices and standards for determining functional and informational requirements; confirms deliverables associated with requirements analysis; communicates with customers and users to elicit and gather client requirements; participates in preparation of detailed documentation and requirements; utilizes specific organizational methods, tools and techniques for requirements analysis.
Position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week, with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules.
Compensation and BenefitsSummary Pay Range: $94,728.00 - $.
