POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Manager is responsible for the leadership, administration, security, and strategic direction of the organization's technology environment. This role oversees IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, vendor relationships, and service delivery while ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals. The IT Manager leads and develops the IT team, establishes operational standards, manages technology projects and budgets, and serves as the primary technology advisor to leadership.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, communicate effectively, and drive organizational results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability to emerging technologies and ability to evaluate and implement solutions that improve business performance
