A Fortune 500 Global Media & Entertainment enterprise is undergoing a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migration
. We are sourcing exceptional talent for three distinct, high-level leadership positions based out of our client's Nashville, TN hub.

All roles require seasoned finance transformation leaders who can manage globally distributed teams, perform rigorous root-cause analysis, and hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.

This role provides executive leadership over global AP invoicing operations during active ERP implementation, hypercare, and stabilization. You will drive invoicing execution, manage executive-level relationships, and ensure seamless invoice flow across multiple ERP platforms.

• Executive Oversight: Provide operational oversight and performance accountability to a globally distributed invoicing team (including Nashville and European hubs).
• ERP Implementation & Hypercare: Manage invoice processing across multiple ERP platforms simultaneously during migration; lead invoicing hypercare activities post-go-live, monitoring error queues and handling issue triage.
• Queue & Backlog Remediation: Govern invoice hold queues and lead aged invoice remediation programs—conducting root-cause analysis to fix systemic data or process gaps.
• OCR & Tech Workflows: Oversee OCR/invoice imaging platforms, ensuring high capture accuracy, exception handling, and timely routing.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive AP/PTP experience with a heavy focus on invoicing, including at least 5 years in a VP or equivalent high-level leadership role

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion AP module expertise
  , specifically leading or supporting go-live and hypercare from an operational invoicing perspective.

These roles sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, leading the design, delivery, and governance of analytics and reporting across core Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) functions.

  Roadmap:
  
  Own and execute the analytics and reporting roadmap for the OTC and PTP process areas within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Metric Definition: Define, configure, and maintain underlying calculations in Oracle Fusion for key business metrics (e.g., DSO, aging, collection effectiveness for OTC; DPO, invoice cycle times, and touchless/automation rates for PTP).
• Tooling Execution: Translate business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service reporting using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and report developers, acting as the primary analytics liaison between Finance process owners and IT/ERP data engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, or ERP reporting, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity

• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP analytics tools (Fusion Analytics Warehouse/FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher) and a strong functional understanding of underlying subledger data (AR, AP, Procurement, GL).
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Schedule: Full-time on-site (5 days a week) in Nashville. Standard hours are generally 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM.
  Flexibility is required as you may need to adjust hours to support global team members in different time zones (including Budapest).
• Travel: Occasional domestic and possible international travel may be required.
