THE ROLE
The Go-to-Market Intelligence Automation Lead is a strategic, systems-minded role that sits at the intersection of business needs, technical implementation, and productized intelligence
. You will help architect and operationalize a scalable automation engine that powers how intelligence is built, packaged, and delivered—turning high-value insight delivery into repeatable, efficient workflows that accelerate action and deepen impact.
As a key owner of our automation and enablement infrastructure, you’ll serve as a central point of contact across Intelligence, Analytics, Applications, Product, and GTM stakeholders—ensuring that priorities are translated into clear requirements, aligned to a roadmap, and delivered through intuitive, automated solutions. This role also supports the evolution of AI-enabled workflows (including AI agents and embedded intelligence tooling) to strengthen consistency, speed, and storytelling at scale.
The ideal Automation Lead is a process and systems thinker who enjoys building scalable ways of working—and can move comfortably between strategy, requirements, and execution detail. In addition, you have:
- Strong stakeholder management: you can be the “hub” that keeps priorities, requirements, and delivery aligned
- Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to distill complexity into clear requirements and frameworks
- Comfort operating in both ambiguous problem spaces and execution-level detail
- Intelligence Automation Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Own and evolve the roadmap for scalable intelligence delivery—including automation frameworks, reusable components, and insight packages used across teams and verticals.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to reduce delivery time and increase quality through automation, modular frameworks, and standardized workflows.
- Surface friction points, unmet needs, and whitespace opportunities—translating them into clear improvements and roadmap initiatives.
- Use Case Translation & Requirements Leadership
- Serve as the connective tissue between GTM strategy and technical execution—translating use cases into clear business requirements
, logic, and workflow designs. - Partner with Product, Analytics, and Applications teams to shape design, implementation, and deployment of scalable solutions.
- Ensure alignment across teams on definitions, inputs/outputs, and success metrics—so intelligence is consistent, trusted, and easy to adopt.
- Serve as the connective tissue between GTM strategy and technical execution—translating use cases into clear business requirements
- AI-Enabled Intelligence Delivery
- Help integrate AI-enabled workflows into intelligence delivery (e.g., automated insight narration, pattern surfacing, QA assist, template-driven storytelling, and AI-agent supported workflows).
- Support feedback loops to continuously improve intelligence tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and delivery experiences—balancing speed with quality and governance.
- Enablement, Adoption & Operational Excellence
- Own and refine enablement infrastructure:
intake processes, templates, documentation, and knowledge hubs that support scalable execution. - Improve usability and adoption of Data Cloud tools and intelligence products through process refinement and consultative support.
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to internal tooling, platform integrations, and operational consistency.
- Support select pre-sales or client-facing work with automation-aligned deliverables when needed.
- Own and refine enablement infrastructure:
- 5–7 years in data strategy, solution development, marketing analytics, operations, or adjacent roles
- Proven ability to define workflows, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver repeatable solutions
- Experience partnering with Product, Analytics, and/or Martech development teams
- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint; comfortable turning data into structured narratives and frameworks
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and core data logic
- Strong project management, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, or other documentation/task management tools
- Exposure to marketing technology (CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, CRMs, etc.)
- Conceptual understanding of AI/ML applications in marketing intelligence (and interest in operationalizing AI in workflows)
