Our client seeks an Executive‑level Project Manager to lead Oracle Fusion implementation liaison efforts and drive enterprise Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) stabilization across invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, supplier master data, and stakeholder service. The role will coordinate cross‑functional work streams through go‑live, hyper‑care, and stabilization, partner with the SVP and PTP Global Process Owner to align with end‑to‑end standards, and deliver risk‑managed execution, executive reporting, and readiness planning.

Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Serve as primary PTP liaison to the Oracle Fusion program, ensuring PTP requirements are captured and reflected in design, configuration, and testing.
- Facilitate alignment on scope, timelines, design decisions, and change impacts across PTP and program teams.
- Track and drive closure of open items, design gaps, and decisions across PTP work streams.
- Define and manage an integrated PTP stabilization plan spanning invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, supplier data, and stakeholder service.
- Establish governance for workstream tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Drive accountability across PTP, Technology, and business stakeholders to meet stabilization milestones.
- Manage interdependencies with the Oracle Fusion migration timeline and resolve conflicts.
- Champion automation and AI opportunities, including Oracle intelligent document recognition, AP automation, and anomaly detection.
- Maintain comprehensive risk and issue logs and lead hypercare governance, escalation, and go/no‑go decisions.
- Conduct root cause analysis on systemic issues and drive permanent resolutions.
- Develop and execute change management and readiness plans, including documentation, training, communications, and cutover planning.
- Coordinate hypercare coverage and stabilization support for all PTP functions post go‑live.
- Define and monitor PTP KPIs and SLAs and present executive‑ready dashboards and risk assessments.
- Deliver a real‑time PTP program dashboard with milestones, risks, and open issues.
- Produce concise executive status reports with actionable insights and maintain initiative trackers.
- Facilitate steering committees, working sessions, and cross‑functional workshops.
- Build stakeholder relationships across PTP, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and HR.
- Partner with the PTP GPO to align decisions with the global process model and standards.
- Resolve complex process, configuration, and integration issues with functional leaders.
- Proactively manage stakeholder concerns and organizational resistance.
- 15+ years in program or project management, Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services, including 5+ years at a VP or equivalent level.
- Hands‑on leadership in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations with specific exposure to AP, PTP, and Procurement modules across multiple PTP areas.
- Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end PTP processes including invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, and supplier master data.
- Proven delivery across large‑scale, multi‑workstream programs in complex global organizations.
- Strong root cause analysis, risk management, and executive communication with governance and hypercare frameworks.
- Change management and organizational readiness leadership for major transformations.
- Familiarity with finance and PTP automation and AI‑enabled capabilities and how to operationalize at scale.
- Stakeholder management with the ability to influence and align across all levels.
- Preferred: PMP or PgMP, Oracle Fusion Cloud credentials, agile or hybrid delivery, AI and automation deployment experience, Graphite Connect exposure, global multi‑site leadership, post‑go‑live stabilization in large enterprise settings, media or entertainment background, and global shared services or GBS experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or PMP preferred.
