Position: Project Manager – Talent Acquisition Technology (HCM)

Project Manager – Talent Acquisition Technology (HCM) Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment and optimization of a Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem. This role will drive the consolidation of multiple recruiting platforms into a streamlined solution, improving recruiter efficiency and user experience. Additional Workday-related initiatives may also be assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Talent Acquisition technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, cutover activities, and status reporting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and product owners to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Security, IT Operations, HR, and Recruiting.
  • Manage project budgets, Cap Ex/OpEx tracking, and support project change requests (PCRs).
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, project documentation, and governance artifacts using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Lead data migration planning, validation, and execution while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and project documentation while ensuring audit readiness and compliance with internal standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably supporting HCM, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise technology implementations.
  • Experience delivering enterprise technology deployments involving recruiting or HR platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience with Workday
    , Service Now
    , JIRA/Confluence
    , and project portfolio management tools such as Apptio or Target Process
    .
  • Experience with Phenom
    , Paradox
    , AI-enabled recruiting platforms, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional technical teams.
  • Product implementation experience is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Talent Acquisition technology transformation initiatives.
  • Enterprise application migrations and data migration projects.
  • SaaS implementation and integration projects.
  • Working with HR, Recruiting, and IT leadership in large enterprise environments.
