Intepros is seeking a Data Analyst in Nashville, TN to support operational planning, capacity tracking, and business performance initiatives within a fast‑paced logistics and transportation environment. This role combines data analysis, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement to drive informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and experienced in translating data into actionable insights.

• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Excel.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support capacity planning, network performance tracking, and business reporting initiatives.
• Present findings and insights to cross‑functional teams and business leaders.
• Monitor key performance indicators and help drive continuous process improvements.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations.
• Foundational SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in pricing, revenue management, transportation, logistics, or network planning environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver data‑driven business solutions.
• Experience presenting dashboards, reporting solutions, or analytical projects to business stakeholders.
