Work Location
Mainly remote except for:
- In person at the council chambers from 1pm until the end of council meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month (council meetings start at 6:30pm and can run to 8pm or sometimes after midnight) 1pm 4pm for setup of tablets etc.
- In person at council chambers for testing sessions from 9am 2pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month.
- In person for user support or meetings when required must be able to travel to office within 1 hour.
We are looking to fill a new position to administer a series of Granicus applications.
ResponsibilitiesThis position is for the administration and support of the Metro Legislative Management Systems and includes the following GRANICUS products:
- Legistar
- Live Manager
- Media Manager
- In Site
- Vote Cast
- Vote Cast Display
- Engagement HQ
- Boards & Commissions
- GovQA
This role will also provide technical assistance with hardware (voting tablets) in the council chambers.
