Marketing Tech & Innovation Senior Manager

Currently seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Manager of Marketing Technology & Innovation to drive the continued advancement of the firm's marketing and business development technology capabilities.

This leadership role extends well beyond day-to-day platform management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's marketing technology strategy, optimizing existing systems, identifying and implementing emerging technologies, and leading initiatives focused on artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Develop and execute the firm's marketing technology roadmap, ensuring current platforms are optimized while assessing and implementing new technologies that enhance business development and marketing effectiveness.
• Lead AI, automation, and digital innovation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, elevate the client experience and enable faster identification of growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous enhancement of the firm's marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, analytics, integrations, and data governance practices.
• Partner with marketing, business development, IT and firm leadership to deliver scalable technology solutions that support strategic priorities.
• Champion technology adoption across the Strategy & Marketing function by providing training, guidance, and best practices that increase user engagement and maximize platform value.
• Oversee technology vendors, implementation partners and change management efforts to ensure successful deployment and ongoing optimization of marketing technology solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices to continuously strengthen the firm's marketing technology capabilities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
