Director – Data Product Solutioning and Build

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with operational and business leaders to identify business challenges and clarify decision‑making needs.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, actionable data and analytics solutions.
• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products, including problem definition, solution design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Build and deliver intuitive, actionable analytics products, dashboards, tools, and workflows.
• Drive adoption of data products by embedding analytics into day‑to‑day business processes.
• Define, monitor, and evaluate product success metrics, including user adoption and operational effectiveness.
• Continuously assess product performance to enhance, automate, or sunset solutions based on business value.
• Establish and reinforce consistent data definitions, metrics, standards, and governance practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data‑related roles.
• Experience building and delivering analytics or data products in a business environment.
• Experience working directly with non‑technical stakeholders (operations, finance, etc.)
• Solid foundation in BI/analytics tools (platform‑agnostic mindset).
• Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, operational environments preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
