Position OverviewThe Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops) Tech Lead/Developer joins a high-performing systems integration team focused on delivering enterprise-level solutions. The mission of this team is to manage, optimize, and secure business operations by maintaining high-quality risk, continuity, and third-party data infrastructures. This role ensures the stable operation and continuous support of crucial business applications within production environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day technical support for IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications in production.
- Maintain and optimize existing configurations including forms, lists, workspace views, notifications, and ACLs.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and data quality checks related to risk, continuity, and third-party data.
- Maintain shared dashboards and reporting data sources used by business stakeholders.
- Provide Level 2 support for incidents and problems related to IRM, BCM, and TPRM.
- Develop, configure, and maintain workspace and UI builder features within Service Now.

They exhibit professional autonomy, possess technical expertise in Sec Ops, IRM, BCM, and TPRM configurations, and demonstrate the agility required to handle frequent client travel alongside remote operations.
