VIP Petcare in Nashville is seeking an Internal Support Agent to be the first point of contact for Field-related questions, including IT services. You will gather information, troubleshoot, and resolve requests across phone, email, and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist field staff with record amendments, refunds, and product replacements, document incidents, and coordinate between retail partners and field teams. After training, weekend rotations may apply.
