Customer Engagement & Solution Development

  • Lead technical discovery conversations and deliver engaging product and solution presentations.
  • Review customer specifications and develop tailored, innovative technical solutions.
  • Assemble compelling proposals that align with customer needs and business goals.
Project Execution & Support
  • Conduct site surveys to define project requirements and engineer solutions using Schneider Electric products and services.
  • Prepare comprehensive submittal documentation post-award.
  • Coordinate with Services teams to support design and installation phases.
  • Provide post-sales technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
  • Partner with internal teams across business units to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop and promote leading technical approaches and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; engineering background preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical sales, systems engineering, or data center infrastructure design.
  • In-depth knowledge of data center physical infrastructure including power distribution, precision cooling, IT rack layouts, and management software.
  • Background in solutions design with an in-depth knowledge of IT products.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, locally and regionally.
  • Proven track record in complex solution sales, especially networking, systems integration, and hardware/software systems.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client challenges and articulate value propositions.
  • Excellence in relationship building and strategic account management.
  • Deep understanding of integrated technology solutions and market trends.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to engage at all levels.
Benefits

Competitive compensation of USD
101,600–USD
152,400 per year for U.S. based positions, including base pay and short-term incentives. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, wellbeing programs, 12 holidays, and 15 days PTO.
