Base Salary Range: $184000 - $276000

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data architects, analytics engineers, and data engineers responsible for Synopsys' enterprise data platform.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and develop a strategic roadmap for data and analytics capabilities.
• Prioritize team efforts across platform enhancements, operational support, technical debt reduction, and new project delivery.
• Drive the successful delivery of data engineering projects from planning and design through implementation and production support.
• Define and enforce standards for data architecture, data modeling, data quality, governance, documentation, and platform operations.
• Establish strong delivery management practices including resource planning, execution tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable data architectures, ELT pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate across engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to enable effective data-driven decision making.
• Promote modern data engineering best practices and continuous process improvement across the organization.

• Enable business leaders to access trusted, high-quality data for informed decision-making.
• Improve organizational efficiency through scalable, reliable, and well-governed data solutions.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices that strengthen operational excellence.

• Position data as a strategic asset that supports innovation, growth, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with:
  • Snowflake
  • dbt
  • SQL
  • Power BI
  • Data ingestion platforms such as Fivetran
• Deep understanding of:
  • Data architecture
  • ELT/ETL pipelines
  • Data modeling methodologies
  • Data quality frameworks
  • Enterprise-scale platform scalability and performance
• Experience supporting large-scale analytics and business intelligence environments.
• Proven experience formalizing data engineering standards, governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices.
• Strong project, program, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business audiences.
