The Program Manager is responsible for achieving the program's strategy and objectives across multiple business units. You will collaborate closely with the program sponsor, commercial, and project management teams to define goals and develop a plan to accomplish them. You should possess a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments where the program deliverables exist. Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator at all levels within the organization, proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and be adaptable to a dynamic and potentially geographically dispersed team environment.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the primary NAM delivery coordination lead for a strategic customer account, ensuring clear ownership, communication, and execution alignment across internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Lead delivery governance routines, including customer/internal operating reviews, action tracking, escalation management, reporting cadence, and decision follow-up.
  • Coordinate program-level visibility across PO intake, order readiness, manufacturing commitments, shipment readiness, logistics risks, project milestones, and open actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Order Entry, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, deployment, technical, and commercial teams to resolve execution risks and support customer commitments.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations with clear impact statements, owners, due dates, recovery actions, and leadership-ready updates.
  • Support repeatable process improvements, delivery trackers, dashboards, and operating model standards that improve execution visibility and scalability.

The potential candidate shall also demonstrate certain skills to deliver quality results within set time frames, including:

  • Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level escalation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.
  • Strong risk, issue, action, and decision management discipline.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfort working with structured trackers, dashboards, systems of record, and recurring status reporting.
  • Ability to translate operational blockers into concise business actions and leadership-ready updates.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project management, program management, customer delivery, supply chain, or operations experience.
  • Experience supporting strategic accounts, complex customer programs, or multi-site delivery portfolios.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across project delivery, order management, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, commercial, or technical functions.
  • Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, data center, technology infrastructure, critical power, cooling, or deployment programs preferred.
  • PMP certification or working knowledge of PMI methodologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Lead high-visibility projects that directly impact customer success and business outcomes
  • Work with diverse, global teams on challenging and rewarding initiatives
  • Autonomy to exercise professional judgment and shape project strategy
  • A culture that recognizes expertise and invests in your continued growth
