Health is looking for an Implementation and Adoption Specialist to lead healthcare clients through implementation, training, go‑live support, and long‑term product adoption. This is a highly customer‑facing role with extensive travel, hands‑on physician support, and close partnership across Customer Success, Operations, and client teams.

Health is looking for an Implementation and Adoption Specialist to help healthcare professionals successfully implement, adopt, and continue using our product with confidence.

From the moment a contract is signed through implementation and beyond, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role partners closely with Customer Success, Operations, and other areas of the business to support a smooth implementation experience, deliver effective end‑user training, and help practices integrate iScribe

Health into their day‑to‑day workflows.

This is a highly customer‑facing role. You will provide training, guidance, and hands‑on support to physicians and healthcare teams, especially during go‑live. The right person is comfortable being onsite with clients, walking the halls during clinic visits, answering questions in real time, and helping providers build consistent usage habits.

This role travels approximately 90% of the time, with the expectation of being on the road 3 to 4 weeks per month. Travel is primarily overnight and includes frequent air travel across the United States and multiple‑night hotel stays.

What you’ll own End‑user training
  • Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for end users, both in person and virtually
  • Lead in‑depth, classroom‑style training sessions for physicians and healthcare teams
  • Respond promptly to end‑user questions and provide clear guidance to support a smooth learning experience
  • Develop, update, and enhance training programs and materials as the product evolves
  • Work with clients to schedule training sessions that align with their operational needs
  • Coach clients on best practices to maximize product value within their workflow
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to address challenges and optimize product utilization
Implementation and adoption
  • Support clients during go‑live week by visiting multiple sites and assisting healthcare providers with setup and configuration
  • Provide hands‑on demonstrations to show product usage and key workflows
  • Actively engage with physicians during clinic visits to encourage consistent product use
  • Provide hands‑on support to help physicians overcome adoption challenges
  • Monitor end‑user adoption rates and identify areas where additional support may be needed
  • Provide feedback and elevate issues as needed
Relationship building
  • Build strong, professional client relationships that support long‑term partnerships
  • Act as the client champion during implementation and go‑live phases
  • Ensure client needs are heard, concerns are addressed, and implementation stays on track
  • Partner with leadership to support client retention and long‑term success with iScribe

    Health services
Extensive travel and onsite presence
  • Travel frequently to client sites across the United States
