IDR is seeking an Application Configuration Lead to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role involves supporting large-scale enterprise application configuration projects within the public sector, focusing on modernization initiatives and system integrations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in configuring workflow-driven platforms and leading diverse technical teams in complex implementations.
Position Overview for the Application Configuration Lead:- Lead the configuration and personalization of enterprise COTS applications to support business processes in a large-scale, enterprise modernization project.
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations, ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
- Support application upgrades, releases, and deployment activities while maintaining thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to coordinate configuration efforts across multiple deployment phases.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
- 5+ years of enterprise application configuration experience
- Experience implementing or configuring large COTS platforms
- Experience with workflow configuration and business process automation
- Experience with data migration or enterprise system implementations
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior staff
