Nashville, TN Full time Salary plus benefits

Description:
• Acting as a liaison between the business and its Information Technology (IT) department.
• Handle communication with multiple teams.
• Researching data flows and Interaction between systems Service Now, HR, AD etc.
• Interpreting data and workflows
• Project Planning, Tracking different initiatives
• Working on other Project phases like implementation and testing
• Establishing deliverables
• Writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating flowcharts
• Analyze production issues, perform RCA
• Gather a quick understanding of HR, Facilities and other Non IT processes
Qualification:
• 10+ yrs. of IT experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a Production Support Environment
• Good Understanding of Systems Integrations.
• Experience leading or having good understanding of processes in development projects
