Motlow is seeking a Temporary Computer Lab/Help Desk Technician to support students, faculty and staff with technology issues and to assist lab technicians and media services with equipment setup. This pool posting covers multiple openings and offers up to 28 hours per week, at $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include providing Help Desk phone support, handling password resets, and recording work in the ticketing system while helping with classroom and campus event technology needs.
