IT Project Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting multiple IT projects, maintaining project documentation, coordinating stakeholder and vendor activities, and ensuring deployment readiness.
Support multiple IT projects from initiation through deployment.
Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
Track project status and follow up on overdue deliverables.
Strong organizational skills and experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or regulated environments is preferred.
PMP, CAPM, or project management certification preferred.
Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial technology projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
