IT Business Analyst

We're partnering with a leading global organization seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to support commercial and sales enablement initiatives. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, adoption, and business value.

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and translate objectives into user stories and functional specifications.
• Support Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments while helping optimize business processes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Develop detailed user stories, process documentation, and solution recommendations.
• Assist with platform configuration, testing, and validation of delivered functionality.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data models, system dependencies, and solution design.
• Help drive user adoption through training, support, and continuous feedback collection.
• Contribute to platform stability, security, and long-term scalability by supporting governance and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, product delivery, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and systems documentation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience participating in UAT, solution validation, and change management initiatives.

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CRM Analytics, Maps, or similar Salesforce products.
• Experience with Mule Soft integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data analysis tools.
• Experience supporting custom web or mobile applications.
