Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Siemens Teamcenter Unified in a production environment, ensuring system availability and adherence to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Teamcenter workflows, item types, access controls, data model configurations, and integrations.
• Support end users across engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, including change management, document management, and BOM management.
• Manage and fulfill service requests for user administration, access provisioning, and configuration changes.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement preventive measures to reduce incident volume.
• Maintain support documentation including runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
• Participate in change management activities, supporting testing and validation of patches, upgrades, and enhancements in the Teamcenter environment
• Work with offshore, nearshore, client teams

Basic Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter Unified in a production or application maintenance environment.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data model, workflow configuration, and access management.
• Experience with Teamcenter modules such as Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, or Product Structure.
• Experience using ITSM tool such as Service Now for incident and request management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Teamcenter integrations with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
• Understanding of PLM best practices and product lifecycle management processes.
• Exposure to Teamcenter deployment in a multi-site or global environment.
• ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of IT service management practices
