Senior Test Engineer ​/ Manager

Design

and Execute Test Strategies

Develop comprehensive test plans and automation strategy to assess application quality across functional, API, UI, and end-to-end flows.

Design and implement test scenarios simulating real-world transaction health insurance use cases.

Mentor team members

Provide guidance and support to QA engineers on automation framework design and best practices.

Share best practices in test automation, backend validation, and troubleshooting.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

Work closely with developers, architects, and system administrators to identify functional and integration defects.

Communicate test findings, release readiness, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Qualifications Required

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering, specializing in test automation,
• 5+ years in API Testing:
  Big Table, ISO 20000, Selenium, Splunk, or SWIFT
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
