Salary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly
Responsibilities- Provide IT support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Handle up to 30 support calls daily.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
- Manage Active Directory accounts (password resets, unlocks).
- Support iPhones, iPads, Microsoft Teams, and Web Ex.
- Resolve VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Manage tickets using Service Now.
- Set up and deploy IT equipment.
- Experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Service Desk.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Service Now, Windows, and printer support.
- Experience with Teams, Web Ex, and remote support tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
