Senior Business Analyst

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the HRTS development team
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for HRTS enhancements and maintenance
• Translate operational needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage work items through Azure Dev Ops
• Coordinate with hospitals and business partners to support US SAFR implementation and integration with HRTS
• Participate in solution design, testing, user acceptance activities, training, and post-implementation support
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define needs and prioritize enhancements
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation
• Coordinate UAT and validate completed functionality
• Document business processes, workflows, and system changes
• Provide production support, issue analysis, and system improvement recommendations
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies
• Promote continuous improvement of HRTS functionality and business processes

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops or similar Agile project management tools
• Experience with healthcare information systems, hospital workflows, or health IT integrations
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Demonstrates expertise in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and managing project workflows using Azure Dev Ops. Proficient in healthcare information systems and health IT integrations, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
