Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

The Lead Principal Technical Program Manager for data center server operations partners with senior management, engineering, product, operations, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to lead complex, high-impact technical programs that improve how OCI supports global data center infrastructure. This role establishes program scope, milestones, execution plans, governance mechanisms, and success metrics for programs that improve server operations, hardware support workflows, technician productivity, operational visibility, automation, and service reliability.

The TPM will help drive the modernization of operational platforms that support task execution, inventory coordination, guided procedures, analytics, workflow automation, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a senior individual contributor, this role operates independently across large, ambiguous, and strategically important initiatives. The TPM will translate broad organizational priorities into structured programs, align stakeholders across multiple teams, identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery of products and services that support OCI's continued growth.

The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to engineering and operational leaders, bringing structure to ambiguity and clarity to complex cross-functional work. They will drive disciplined execution, improve program mechanisms, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes for customers, users, and the business. This role is ideal for a senior TPM with experience leading cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, internal platforms, data center operations, workflow automation, analytics, or large-scale technical programs.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth, strong judgment, written communication, operational rigor, and the ability to influence across teams without.
