Assist in researching and assessing business goals, objectives, and needs to align IT solutions with business initiatives on small, less complex accounts. Serve as a liaison between technical personnel and the business area. Help plan and design business processes; assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities. Analyze and document client requirements and processes; communicate these to technical teams by creating basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.

Develop basic test scenarios for testing business applications to ensure client requirements are met. Modify systems requirements documentation as needed. Participate in client meetings to gather and document requirements and explore solutions. Execute system tests based on existing test plans.

• Insurance Industry Knowledge:
  Life Policies
  - Experienced
• Insurance Mathematics
  - Experienced
• Minimum 5 years actuarial experience
• Experience with administration systems
• Strong knowledge of life insurance
• Expertise in Excel;
  Access experience preferred
• Life insurance product experience is required

Education: Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Travel: 20%
