A Senior Dev Ops Engineer plays a critical role in architecting, automating, and operating highly scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure. This role bridges development and operations by enabling rapid, reliable software delivery through robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and modern cloud-native practices.

They will lead the design and implementation of platform solutions that improve system reliability, performance, and developer productivity, while establishing and enforcing Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops  best practices across the organization.

• AWS (Amazon Web Services)
  • Deep understanding of networking, IAM, storage, compute
• CI/CD & Automation
  • Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, pipeline design, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Containers & Orchestration
  • Advanced knowledge of Helm, scaling, cluster management
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strong experience in Terraform (alternatives: AWS Cloud Formation, Ansible)
• Monitoring & Observability
  • ELK Stack: log aggregation, alerting, metrics analysis
• Scripting & Programming
  • Strong in at least one:
    Python, Bash, Go
  • Automation and tool building
• Security & Dev Sec Ops
  • Secrets management (Vault, KMS)
  • Container security, vulnerability scanning
  • High availability systems
• Soft Skills (Critical at Senior Level)
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Cost Optimization
