• Design, customize, and optimize digital workplace solutions, focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations across all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
• Collaborate with EY digital groups to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements.
• Provide AI‑first solutions that transform clients’ vision into a frontier organization.
• Engage with client technology professionals and third‑party strategic alliances, building long‑term relationships.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.

• Experience in project teams across governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and implementation.
• Leadership in developing methodologies, tools, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital technology consulting arena.
• Broad technical and functional knowledge of key technology and business platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and with external partners.

• At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing Microsoft stack solutions (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Visual Studio).
• Deep understanding of agile software development.
• Experience with large enterprise clients on complex projects, including:

• M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365
• Industry LLMs, RAG architectures, Copilot extensibility, MCP and A2A protocols
• Solution development with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• M365 Copilot technical deployment and Copilot Control System configuration
• Responsible AI frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑900, MS‑102, PL‑400, PL‑600, AI‑900, SC‑100) and prior consulting experience are highly preferred.
